Are there any exclusions to what the warranty covers?
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It doesn’t cover nuclear war, acts of God, and particularly tenacious dogs (who will also destroy your dining room furniture and floorboards).
How do I prove my purchase date?
Keep your purchase receipt. Registering your product with us after installation also helps document the start date of your warranty.
Can the warranty be transferred to new homeowners?
Absolutely. Our warranty is transferable to new homeowners, adding value to your property.
What does “repair or replace” mean?
It means if any part of your pool fence fails, we will either fix it or provide a new replacement part at no cost to you.
