Life Saver Pool Fence of Kansas City serves homes throughout Kansas and Missouri. Swimming pools in each of these states must adhere to state regulations regarding pool fence barriers.

In Kansas, state regulations require swimming pools to be enclosed by a gate that is at least 5 feet in height. The entrance of the pool must be equipped with a door or gate that is self-closing and self-latching with hardware provided for padlocking.

In Missouri, state regulations state that a swimming pool must be enclosed by a pool gate that has a minimum height of 4 feet. It must not have any handholds or footholds on the exterior of the wall, or any openings 4 inches in diameter or larger. The pool fence must also have a self-closing and self-latching pool gate.
